When you make a purchase from our Site, your goods will be delivered using one of the following methods:
Digital goods, such as ebooks and audiobooks, are instantly delivered via email through BookFunnel. Please be aware that these items will be sent to the email address associated with your Shopify account. Kindly check both your email inbox and spam folder if you do not receive the BookFunnel email within 3 minutes. If you use Gmail, the email might be located in your Promotions folder.
Print books are produced by BookVault and shipped directly from BookVault.
For customers in correctional facilities, it's important to verify any specific delivery restrictions before ordering print books, as most prisons do not permit coil-bound books. If your print books arrive damaged, defective, or if your order does not reach you, we are more than happy to send you a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order's shipment date.
When ordering physical goods like print books, it is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Shipping times for print books vary depending on the country. Estimated shipping times and available shipping methods will be displayed at the checkout.
Deliveries to EU Countries:
We ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders sent to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery charges), taxes and duties will be paid during checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you will pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We adhere to all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, ensuring a seamless and transparent checkout process.
